I’m pretty excited about a new little series I’m going to start here on the blog!
One of my favorite blogs has their own version of this idea, and I love it so I thought it’d be fun to put my own little twist on it over here at My Food ‘N’ Fitness Diaries.
Each week (or maybe every other week?), I plan to write more of an in-depth post about something in my life that I don’t go into much detail about regularly – it can be anything from my favorite things to wear to getting dinner on the table. The sky is the limit!

Also, I suppose I should add a disclaimer here too – just because I do something a certain way doesn’t mean I think everyone needs to do it that way!
I would also love your feedback on topics you’d like to read about within this series. I can’t guarantee they all will happen, but I’m open to suggestions!
I’m hoping to get my first post in this series published by the end of this week.
